Tim is a member, in good standings, with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and has earned the title of a Master Inspector, the most highly trained and qualified. He is licensed through the state of Maine for radon air and water testing and has many years of sub-surface wastewater experience. He also stays current with his education, licenses, certifications, codes, and all aspects pertaining to the home inspection field.
