Residential Home Inspections

This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.

Residential Pre-Listing Inspections

Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.

Radon Air Testing

Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it is also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S., according to the Surgeon General. Nearly one out of every 15 homes is estimated to have elevated radon levels. The Surgeon General and the Environmental Protection Agency recommend testing all houses. Millions of Americans have had their homes tested for radon and we recommend you do as well.

Mold Testing

We want to make sure that your home or office is mold free. Do you have roof leaks, mold odors, or visible mold? The purpose of performing mold testing is to provide the you with a clear picture of the severity of the issue at hand.

Water Quality (Water Quality, FHA Water, Radon)

Water testing is important for both private water and municipal supplied water.  We offer water testing options included Basic and Comphrensive Water Quality, FHA Water, and Radon Water.  Our goal is to provide a home inspection that thoroughly investigate conditions which may rightly affect your decision to buy. Health and safety issues top the list; you don’t want to unknowingly move into a home that has health or safety hazards.
