Native to Maine, Tim and Josh Madden, are a father and son team who has over 45  years of combined experience in the building and home inspection industry and have performed over 5000 inspections. Tim and Josh are members, in good standings, with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Tim has earned the title of a Master Inspector, the most highly trained and qualified and Josh is a Certified Professional Inspector, on his way to becoming a CMI as well.  Tim is licensed through the state of Maine for radon air and water testing and septic system inspections. Tim and Josh stay current with their education, licenses, certifications, and all aspects pertaining to the home inspection field.  Tim and Josh have a wealth of knowledge, which combined with their expertise and professionalism, makes the Madden Men Unmatched and a leader in their field.

I spoke with Tim on Saturday he came out Sunday to do my inspection even though he was booked. He was very professional and answered all my questions. (And I had a lot)!!
